Court of Noke and Westonbury Mill Water Gardens
The day will begin at Court of Noke https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101349923-court-of-noke-pembridge#google_vignette by kind invitation of Emma and Edward Bulmer. It is a lovely Georgian house and garden and the headquarters of the highly successful natural paint business www.edwardbulmerpaint.co.uk
After lunch we will go on to Westonbury Mill Water Gardens, https://www.westonburymillwatergardens.com/ owned by Mike and Deborah Constable. It is a most unusual and attractive water garden laid out by one of our former members, Richard Pim, who very sadly died last year.
This is the programme
11.00 am Arrive at Court of Noke, HR6 9HW for tea/coffee cake and biscuits and Edward will give us a talk about the house and garden.
11.30 Edward will guide us round the garden and there will be a chance to look around the house as well but not with a formal tour.
1.00 Informal lunch with glass of wine where we can help ourselves to finger food and sit in various different places.
- 15 Depart for Westonbury Mill Water Gardens HR6 9HZ
2.30 – 4.00 Mark Constable will give us an introduction to the gardens and then we can walk round the gardens in our own time.
Tea will be available in the Café at our own expense.
